How to Pay

We accept three transfer methods. The account details for each are shown in the app when you choose it at checkout.

Sham Cash

Send the order total from your Sham Cash wallet to the wallet shown in the app, or scan our QR code.

Ersal money transfer

Send the total through any Ersal office to the recipient shown in the app, and keep the transfer number.

Bank Al-Sham

Transfer the total to the account shown in the app, from your banking app or at a branch.

After you transfer

1. Send us the transfer reference or a photo of the receipt — right after placing your order, or later from the order in the app.
2. We verify the transfer, usually within working hours on the same day.
3. Your order is confirmed and we start preparing it. You get a notification at every step.

Please note: transfer the exact total in US dollars shown on your order. An order that is not paid within 48 hours is cancelled automatically. Only ever send money to the accounts shown in the ADIA app — our team will never ask you to pay anywhere else.
